Yes, it's been awhile...

We've had a pretty hectic year so far, but I plan to dedicate time to updating the blog! We are leaving for Peru in 2 weeks, which should make for some great photos and stories! We can't wait! 

The last few months have consisted of hitting the slopes-which have blessed us with so much snow! I don't ever recall having so much fun boarding locally. We're planning on making a trip to Tahoe after Peru, to visit with our sister Michelle, Daron and twins-who we miss so much! Chad's been boarding as much as possible, training for the Ultimate Boarder contest which is in April. So he really can't wait to get to Tahoe for that perfect snow! Last year he placed 4th overall, and is so anxious to compete again! If you get the chance, you should come check it out and show your support. There are 3 events: snow, surf & skate. Yes we got hitched! 

Chad proposed in Maui, so we felt we needed to come back to the island to seal the deal! What better excuse for a vacation for our loved ones? It was a beautiful, and intimate ceremony at sunset. It took place at the Olowalu Platation in Lahaina. I would have to say the ceremony was all that more memorable having the whales with their calves breeching in the horizon-AMAZING!!! Everybody enjoyed a weeks stay of tanning, whale watching, snorkeling, The Old Lahaina Luau, and frequenting the bars every night... Unforgettable!
